Study System

The student's evaluation in the course is based on various factors such as exam scores, including midterm exams, the final written exam, oral exams, or practical exams, depending on the nature of the course. To successfully pass the course, the overall grade must be equal to or greater than 50%. However, it is essential for the student to achieve a minimum of 30% in the final exam score. The remaining portion of the course grades is determined through a combination of factors such as a written test in the middle of the semester, semester works, oral or practical exams, depending on the requirements of the specific course. For the graduation project, the total marks are divided into two categories: 50% for class work and 50% for the discussion and final report. After completing the exams, the institute provides an additional four-week period to complete the graduation project.

The primary evaluation of student performance is conducted through the assignment of course grades by the Institute. The grading system for AE is based on the following table :
